Your responsibilities will include:

managing the provision of support to four teams of accident inspectors

maintaining and optimising the case management system database
-
ensuring data integrity, consistency and security

managing data retention policies
-
liaising with developers to implement system improvements

working with inspectors, analysts and technical teams to understand data needs

providing technical support and training to users of the case management system.
