Seemingly inconsequential adaptations to the design and implementation of public services can lead to big impacts on behaviour, often at low cost.
In these free seminars members of the Behavioural Insights Team introduced ‘behavioural insights’ and talked through examples of where behavioural insights approaches to public service design led to improved outcomes…and where they didn’t.
The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) is a social purpose company which is jointly owned by the UK Government; Nesta (the innovation charity); and BIT employees
