Publicising Scottish company director disqualification orders
We will stop publishing advertising disqualification orders obtained in Scotland in the Edinburgh Gazette from 1 June 2016.

The Insolvency Service currently advertises all Scottish disqualification orders in the Edinburgh Gazette.

However, there is no statutory requirement to do this and we do not publish disqualification orders and undertakings obtained in England and Wales in the London Gazette.

We will stop publishing Scottish company director disqualification orders in the Edinburgh Gazette from 1 June 2016.
