Horserace Betting Levy Appeal Tribunal

To hear appeals from bookmakers regarding the amount of levy payable to the Horserace Betting Levy Board.

Established 1963. The Tribunal has not had a hearing since the 1980s. For this reason, the Chair and members have not in fact received payment though they are paid positions.
