The British Driving Society (BDS) has surrendered its status as an Ofqual-recognised awarding organisation. BDS formally notified Ofqual in June 2019 of its intention to surrender recognition. The surrender took effect as of 28 June 2019.
From this date, no qualifications offered by BDS are regulated by Ofqual. We understand that all learners are aware that the qualifications will be unregulated in the future.
