Print and digitally designed OPSS Delivery Report now available
The Delivery Report 2022-23 outlines Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) activity and achievements in fulfilling its duties.

The Delivery Report, outlining the activity and achievements of OPSS in fulfilling its duties to protect consumers and enable business growth through effective and proportionate product regulation, is now available in print and digitally designed formats.

OPSS has set out its priorities and successes in 2022 -2023, focusing on policy development, strategic enforcement and outcomes.

As a regulator within DBT, this report is published to give stakeholders visibility of our activity and impact as part of our commitment to transparency.

Key highlights include leading national product recalls and safety alerts for unsafe products, publishing the Product Safety Review and Furniture Fire Safety Review consultations and taking action on unsafe products sold through online marketplaces.

OPSS has also led on reviewing the product safety legislative framework to support business growth and innovation, and developing capability to regulate construction products.
