As a result of ongoing coverage monitoring, we are seeking a single provider, who currently holds a 2024 Standard Civil Contract in Housing and Debt, to deliver Housing Loss Prevention Advice Services (HLPAS) in Lancaster.
We are inviting expressions of interest from organisations that would be interested in this opportunity.
We intend to award a contract under this process for HLPAS Lancaster to commence from 1 September 2026 and run until 30 June 2028.
