The 2015 prison law tender process closes at 12 noon on 21 July 2015 and applications must be completed online using the e-Tendering system.
Organisations need to submit a tender by the deadline if they are interested in delivering services from 11 January 2016 in the following areas:
- prison law only
- prison law and appeals and reviews
- appeals and reviews only
Answering your questions
The deadline for asking questions about the content of the ‘information for applicant’ document was 12 noon on 3 July 2015 and answers are now being finalised.
Questions of wider interest will be published in a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document. This will be posted on GOV.UK on 9 July 2015.
The tender opened on 23 June 2015 and is not open to organisations which have previously applied for work under the 2015 own client contract.
