Civil news: browsers and CCMS
Try switching browsers if you experience issues logging into CCMS.

In a very small number of instances, individuals may not be able to access the LAA Online Portal, affecting related systems such as CCMS.

This is because specific versions of certain browsers, which can change as frequently as weekly, have security settings that aren’t compatible.

There may be an error message which suggests the site is insecure but this isn’t the case.

Complying with web standards

CCMS complies with the relevant web standards. These are defined by the organisation responsible for setting standards, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

If you have an issue using your browser with CCMS

If you have an issue with your browser, please try another browser.

It also helps if you clear your internet browser cache periodically. Your cache is a file where your internet browser automatically saves documents you’ve downloaded – see Quick Guide below.

If you still experience problems, please contact our Online Support Team – details below.

We will investigate browser issues if they are caused by our systems or our compliance with the standards.
