SIA chair baroness Ruth Henig to step down

She will leave at the end of her term of appointment after serving two terms as chairperson.

Lord Taylor said:

‘I would like to thank Baroness Henig for her enthusiasm and commitment to the SIA during the past six years.

‘She has led the SIA through challenging times and has been inspirational in her support of her chief executive and staff.’

The home office will appoint a new chair in due course.
