NS&I is delivering a significant transformation of its outsourced business process services. As it is normal practice for Accounting Officers to scrutinise major projects which form part of the Governments Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP), the Chief Executive Officer of NS&I has conducted an Accounting Officer assessment for NS&Is Business Transformation Programme (formerly known as the Rainbow Programme).
