VMD: Civil Service People Survey 2017

The results of the 2017 Civil Service People Survey show that our staff rate the VMD highly. Our engagement index score (the survey’s measure of those areas that most shape our experiences at work) is 66% this year (67% last year). This is 4% better than the Civil Service and +1% on high performing organisations in the Civil Service. It put us in a group in 10th place out of 98 organisations (on ‘rounded’ scorings).
