You can submit this form if an agent is acting on your behalf for the following grants and agreements:
- open Forestry Commission grants (excluding Countryside Stewardship)
- felling licence applications
- woodland management plans
- legacy schemes, such as Farm Woodland Premium Scheme (FWPS), England Woodland Grant Scheme (EWGS), Farm Woodland Scheme (FWS) and Woodland Carbon Fund (WCF)
Do not use this form for:
- Countryside Stewardship applications: see update agent permissions in the Rural Payments service
- Rural Payments permissions: see update your details in the Rural Payments service
It is your responsibility to tell us if your agent has changed or is no longer acting on your behalf.
