This regulatory position statement (RPS) does not change your legal requirement to:

Report 2024 nation of sale and self-managed organisational waste data, in line with the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging and Packaging Waste) Regulations 2024 (the Packaging regulations), to the Environment Agency.

Collect 2025 nation of sale and self-managed organisational waste data in line with the Packaging regulations.

Report the data from point 2 to the Environment Agency.
The Environment Agency will not normally take enforcement action if you do not comply with these legal requirements.
This regulatory position does not apply to any other legal requirements under the Packaging Waste (Data Reporting) (England) Regulations 2023 (the Data regulations) or the Packaging regulations.
