An addendum to the guidance which all cystic fibrosis specialist centres should read is issued.
This document follows discussions with a number of cystic fibrosis specialist centres who took part in the 2010-11 pilot cost collection in March 2012. It clarifies the guidance for returning costs and activity in the 2011-12 reference cost collection where paediatric shared care agreements are in place (paragraph 529 of the reference cost guidance for 2011-12).
