Temporary derogation from the provisions of subsection 1.8.3.2 of ADR/RID relating to exemptions from appointing a safety adviser for the carriage of dangerous goods.
This agreement provides that the exemption within ADR 1.8.3.2 (b)/RID 1.8.3.2 (c) shall also apply to consignor-only companies.
This agreement is valid until 31 December 2024.
