Details of the closure of courts in Cumbria and Yorkshire as a result of severe weather and flooding.

Carlisle Magistrates’ Court

This is currently closed. Cases will be heard at Carlisle Combined Court.

York Magistrates’ Court

This is currently closed. From Monday 11 January all York Magistrates’ Court work will be heard at Leeds Magistrates’ Court. Family cases will be heard in York County Court as normal.
