Morley v UNISON, remitted by the EAT: 7 March 2025
The applicant made a complaint under section 108A(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 that the union had breached several rules in relation to the unions decision to remove him from membership. The complaint, originally received on 13 March 2022, was not accepted by the Certification Officer for determination. Following the applicants appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal, the complaint was remitted to be heard by the Certification Officer.
