From 1 January 2021, live animals exported to Great Britain must be accompanied by the relevant health certificate. Exporters in EU and non-EU countries should read the guide on how to complete a health certificate.

Certificate GBHC022

Addendum for transport of animals by sea (Regulation 206/2010).

Addendum for transport of animals by air (Regulation 206/2010).

Model official certificate in the case of ante-mortem inspection at the holding of provenance.

Certificate 2019/624 GBHC056

Model health certificate in the case of emergency slaughter outside the slaughterhouse in accordance with Article 4 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/624.

Bluetongue declaration for movement of animals to Great Britain, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Certificate GBHC710

Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.

Model health certificate for animals of the order Artiodactyla (excluding bovine animals (including Bubalus and Bison species and their cross-breeds), Ovis aries, Capra hircus, Suidae and Tayassuidae), and of the families Rhinocerotidae and Elephantidae (Regulation 206/2010) (RUM).

Certificate GBHC711

Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.

Model health certificate for non-domestic Suidae, Tayassuidae and Tapiridae (Regulation 206/2010) (SUI).

Certificate GBHC716

Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.

Model health certificate for animals of the species listed in Table 1 to Part 1 of Annex 6 of Regulation 206/2010 (Antilocapridae, Bovidae, Camelidae, Cervidae, Giraffidae, Moschidae, Tragulidae), that are originating from and intended for an approved body, institute or centre (Regulation 206/2010) (RUM-A).

Certificate GBHC717

Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.

Model health certificate for animals of the species listed in Table 2 to Part 1 of Annex 6 of Regulation 206/2010 (Suidae, Tayassuidae, Hippopotamidae), that are originating from and intended for an approved body, institute or centre (Regulation 206/2010) (SUI-A).

Certificate GBHC718

Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.

Model health certificate for animals of the species listed in Table 3 to Part 1 of Annex 6 of Regulation 206/2010 (Tapiridae, Rhinocerotidae, Elephantidae), that are originating from and intended for an approved body, institute or centre (Regulation 206/2010) (TRE-A).

Certificate GBHC719

Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.

Model health certificate for the introduction of consignments of salamanders 2018/320 Annex I Part B (SAL).

Certificate GBHC721

Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.

Model health certificates for primates (simiae and prosimiae) from non-EU countries and the EU (PRI).
