This guidance is for:
- education providers
- awarding organisations
It aims to give an update on:
- post-16 qualifications reform at level 3, following the Secretary of States review of qualifications due to have public funding removed
- the next phase of reforms, including the routes and subjects where we will approve new level 3 qualifications for delivery from 1 August 2026
Awarding organisations should also refer to the qualifications funding manual.
