Update: From Monday 13 February 2023, queries about all Common Platform magistrates court cases in the Midlands will be handled by our service centre. Please call 0330 808 4407 or email our service centre instead of contacting the court where the case will be heard.

Reminder: Were hosting a webinar for defence professionals onWednesday 22 February 2023 at 1pm. You can find out about recent progress weve made introducing the Common Platform case management system to criminal courts, our plans for further implementation and see a demo of new features.

Reminder: Defence solicitors and barristers can join one of our regular online support sessions to get help with using Common Platform. Well answer questions, offer advice and help with troubleshooting. Sessions take place on Tuesdays at 4:30pm and Thursdays at9am. Email to book a session.

- Update: Warning on Cestui Que Vie Trust car insurance scams. Fraudsters are offering false common law car insurance and claiming that the insurance is backed by the holders Cestui Que Vie Trust. Read more about the scam and how to protect yourself.

- Update: Applications for property and affairs deputyships should now be made online. Were giving a demonstration of the service on Tuesday 28 February 2023 at midday. Register for the Court of Protection webinar for legal professionals.
