Use this application form to apply for a base mooring at a lock site on the River Thames.

Please refer to the River Thames Mooring Charges document before you fill in this form.

Please note the application form is currently being updated with the email address and postal address shown below. Please use these to avoid delay.

Send your completed application by email to RiverThames@environment-agency.gov.uk, with Thames lock mooring application in the subject field, or by post to:
