This is a call for evidence seeking views on orbital liability limits and alternatives to traditional third-party liability insurance.

Government will be extending the deadline for responses to the Call for Evidence on Orbital Liability and Insurance approaches from the 3 December 2021 to 7 January 2022. This will provide the sector with further time to develop detailed responses to the issues covered by the call for evidence ensuring a strong evidence base.

The decision to extend the deadline for responses also reflects the importance that government places on obtaining robust views from the sector on liability and insurance matters. If you have any questions regarding the call for evidence or require further guidance please contact legislation-uksa@ukspaceagency.gov.uk.
