The 2014 rules
The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Rules 2014 incudes rules on how to appeal, how hearings are conducted, and how the tribunal reaches decisions.
These rules came into effect on 20 October 2014.
