Details

Use this form if you are a lending institution or acting on behalf of a lender and need to apply for approval of standard form of charge deed (also referred to as mortgage deed). This includes the allocation of the official HM Land Registry reference.

  1. Panel 6 has been amended to highlight the importance of adhering to the undertaking contained in part (ii) of that panel.

  2. Panel 6 and the corresponding side note have been amended to make it clear that if any subsequent changes are made to an approved charge or separately held incorporated document the lender must apply to have it reapproved.

  3. Panel 3 has been amended to refer to registered societies and the Mutuals Public Register.

  4. The side notes to panel 7 have been amended as a result of a change to our contact details.
