Directions to appoint a monitoring trustee

14 January 2022: On 10 January 2022, pursuant to an initial enforcement order dated 20 December 2021, the CMA directed Veolia and Suez to appoint a monitoring trustee.

28 January 2022: On 18 January 2022, the CMA varied the directions to appoint a monitoring trustee issued on 10 January 2022 by removing Suez as an addressee.
