It follows:

• an Ofsted inspection report of Herefordshire Council local authority childrens services published 21 September 2022 that judged services to be inadequate across all sub judgements
• anindependent report by Eleanor Brazil, the Secretary of States Commissioner for Herefordshire Children Services Commissioner

This direction replaces the earlier statutory directionissued to the council in September 2022.
