Listing of the liquid explosive detection systems approved by the Department for Transport for use in aviation security.

The LEDS detect explosive material that is in liquid form.

  1. Addition of OneTray VAS 207a for certain Smiths 6040aTiX configurations

  2. Two new configurations added.

  6. Added new equipment configuration from Rapiscan and Smiths Detection.

  7. 2 new equipment configurations from Agilent Technologies (Previously: Cobalt Light Systems) have been added to the list.2 new equipment configurations from Rapiscan have also been added.

  8. Rebrand of System Two to Veriteque USA, Inc including and from S2LETK to SwabTek LETK. Equipment configurations added for X-Ray Center, Veriteque USA, Inc, Kumahira Co. Ltd and Nuctech.
