The engagement plan sets out how the Environment Agency is engaging with the public and stakeholders about its regulation and permitting of Sizewell C. It covers applications for permits and consultations from 2020 onwards.
We have also provided a summary of our consultation and engagement activities during 2020 and 2022 related to NNB Generation Company (Sizewell C) Limiteds environmental permits.

Updated to include a document summarising the Environment Agency's 2020 and 2022 consultation activities for the Sizewell C permits.
From July to September 2022 we consulted on our proposed decisions and draft permits. Updated section 3.1 and section 9 to give information on this.
In March 2022 we met with Sizewell stakeholders to set out our draft plans for consultation on environmental permits. This plan has been updated following their feedback.
Updated following the launch of our July-October consultation on EDF's NNB Generation Company (SZC) LTD's application for 3 environmental permits to operate a nuclear power station at Sizewell C.
