The pet travel document you can use to bring your pet into Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) depends on the country youre travelling from. Check if youre travelling from a Part 1, Part 2 or not listed country.
When you must use a Great Britain pet health certificate
You must use this certificate for a pet thats entering or returning to?Great Britain?from a Part 2 listed or not listed country. You cannot use a pet passport or Animal Health Certificate to enter or return to Great Britain from a Part 2 listed or a not listed country.
You can use this certificate for a pet thats travelling from a Part 1 listed country if you do not have one of the following:
- a valid pet passport issued in the EU, Northern Ireland or a Part 1 listed country
- a pet passport issued in Great Britain before 1 January 2021
- an Animal Health Certificate issued in?Great Britain
