Under section 65 of the Subsidy Control Act 2022, the SAU is required to monitor and review the effectiveness of the operation of the Act; and the impact of the Act on competition and investment within the UK. The SAU must publish a report on the outcome of its review.

This consultation provides an explanation of, and requests views on, the SAUs proposed approach to carrying out thismonitoring function.
