Notice to ship operators and managers, shipowners, agents, charterers, managers, masters, ships officers, cargo packers, cargo consolidators, consignors, hauliers, freight forwarders, shippers, port authorities, training providers, inspectors of cargo, terminal operators, and other parties involved in the transportation of dangerous goods and bulk chemicals by sea.

Amendments to the 41st edition of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code, the 6th edition of the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code, the 2020 edition of the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk (IBC Code) and associated amendments to the Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk (BCH Code).

This notice takes effect from 1st January 2024 and replaces MSN 1906.
