Details

The LHA rates from 1st April 2022 have been determined in accordance with The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Functions) (Amendment and Modification) Order 2021 (SI 2021/ 1380) and are the same rates that came into force on 1st April 2020. Any policy enquiries should be directed to the Department for Work and Pensions. These rates will not appear on LHA-Direct before 15 March 2022.

The 30th percentile figures shown here are derived from twelve months lettings information collected up to the end of September 2021, but in accordance with The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Functions) (Amendment and Modification) Order 2021 (SI 2021/ 1380) are excluded from calculation of April 2022 rates
