The summary of consultation responses explains how the feedback provided by stakeholders has informed our considerations and confirms the guidance changes we are making.

Summary

The SSROs reporting guidance helps defence contractors to prepare and submit reports required under the Defence Reform Act 2014 and the Single Source Contract Regulations 2014. Contractors must have regard to the SSROs guidance when preparing contract and supplier reports under the Act and the Regulations.

Consultation description

The SSRO is consulting on changes to parts of its current guidance. The topics we are consulting on are:

  • Reporting of sub-contract information and associated application of contract aggregation principles;
  • Reporting framework contracts;
  • General requirements for supplier reports; and
  • Company registration numbers for overseas contractors.
