Details
The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Kwasi Kwarteng, has made a final order under the National Security and Investment Act 2021 in respect of the acquisition of Sepura Ltd by Epiris LLP, Epiris GP and Sword Bidco Ltd.
On 26 July 2023, the Secretary of Statein the Cabinet Office (the Secretary ofState) made the decision to vary the final order.
