Please do not complete this form to revalidate an existing tanker endorsement.

Please email your application and supporting documents to deck@mcga.gov.uk if you hold a Deck CoC or engineering@mcga.gov.uk if you hold an Engineering CoC, or revalidation@mcga.gov.uk if applying for new tanker endorsement(s) at the same time as revalidating your CoC.

Please ensure your documents are included as attachments or within a .zip folder. Unfortunately, we cannot open .rar extensions or links to file-sharing services (e.g. OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox etc).

If you are applying for your first UK CoC, please post your application and original supporting documents with your NOE Pass to:
