Added the missing text 'drinking water protected areas' under 2.3, the first of the second set of bullets to read 'is responsible for identifying, characterising and in certain circumstances monitoring drinking water protected areas, and identifying measures where water quality is deteriorating and establishing a register of those waters and other protected areas'.
