Vehicles eligible for the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme

Details

All vehicles that have been approved as ultra-low emission vehicles by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles are eligible for the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme.

This includes vehicles which may no longer be eligible for the plug-in car grant, either because they exceed the category 2 or 3 price cap or they are no longer on sale in the UK.

The list of the vehicles that are eligible for the plug-in car grant is available.

  16. Peugeot e-2008 and Volvo XC40 T5 Twin Engine added to the list of eligible vehicles.

  17. Vauxhall Corsa-e added to the list of eligible vehicles.

  18. Audi e-tron Sportback added to the list of eligible vehicles.

  19. BMW X3 xDrive30e and Vauxhall Grandland X HYBRID4 added to the list of eligible vehicles.

  20. Porsche Taycan, Mercedes A250e and Mercedes B250e added to the list of vehicles eligible for the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme.

  21. List of eligible vehicles updated to include SEAT Mii electric.
