The government has published the terms of reference for the Cranston Inquiry.
The independent, non-statutory inquiry will be designed to allow afull investigationinto the circumstances of the deaths to take place in the absence of a normal coroners inquest. It will also be independently chaired by Sir Ross Cranston.
The Cranston Inquiry website will be published in due course.
