Departmental Minute from HM Treasury: Notification of the parameters and contingent liability arising from UKIBs guarantees

The Departmental Minute by the Chief Secretary to the Treasury was laid on Wednesday 20 July 2022 in Parliament alongside a Written Ministerial Statement. The Departmental Minute notifies Parliament of a contingent liability that the Treasury intends to create for up to 10 billion of UKIB guarantees. The guarantees will facilitate infrastructure investment that contributes to tackling climate change and supporting regional economic growth.
