Mr Dawes made 10 complaints of breaches of Union rules relating to disciplinary proceeding by the Union under section 108A(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation Act). Following a hearing held by Video Conference on 14 ,15 and 24 February 2023, the Certification Officer refused 8 of the complaints and found the Union had breached 2 of the complaints.
