Hm Courts Tribunals Service
The Commercial Court handles the most difficult and high value business disputes.
Smaller and less complex cases are handled by the Circuit Commercial Court which has its own lead times.
The lead times show how long the current wait for a hearing or trial is, based on how long they are expected to last.

| 1 hour | Fridays from 3 February 2023 |
| 1.5 to 2 hours | Fridays from 3 February 2023 |
| Half a day | Fridays from 3 February 2023 |
| 1 day | 27 April 2023 2, 3, 4, 8 and 15 May 2023 Then from 18 May 2023 |
| Over 1 day | From week of 9 October 2023 |
