Details

These open general export licences (OGELs) allow, subject to certain conditions, the export of dual-use items previously imported into the UK for repair or replacement under warranty.

This version of the licence is available for registration.

Open general export licence (export after repair/replacement under warranty: dual-use items) - from June 2019

This version of the licence will be revoked on 30 December 2022. Exporters should register for the version of the licence above.
