The Department for Culture, Media and Sport commissioned an independent provider, Ipsos Mori, to deliver an impact evaluation feasibility study for Phase 2 of the Youth Investment Fund (YIF).

Phase 2 of YIF will provide over 300 million of capital and revenue grants to deliver up to 300 youth facilities to be built or refurbished over the next three years.

The aim of the feasibility study was to identify a range of impact evaluation design options that would be suitable for YIF Phase 2. This report sets out the key findings and recommendations.
