27 October 2022: the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published updated airport licence condition appeals rules, following consultation.
The CMA has also published guidance to assist those involved in appeals governed by these rules see airport licence condition appeals: CMA guide (CMA173).
These rules replace CC19 Airport licence condition appeal rules.
