Update: In a new Inside HMCTS blog, the user research team explore the pros and cons of remote versus in person research, looking particularly at testing at a laboratory or facility.

Update: Weve published the latest monthlymanagement information for July 2022 to July 2023. This is used to understand workload volumes and timeliness in courts and tribunals at a national level.

Update: Following a temporary outage, users are now able to access our online services for Help with Fees,Employment Tribunal refunds and Employment Tribunal ET1 and ET3. Work is ongoing to bring Tax Tribunal back online as soon as possible. Userscan apply by post or email until the issue is resolved.

Update: Weve made it easier for defence professionals to access Preparation for Effective Trial (PET) and Better Case Management (BCM) forms on Common Platform. Weve added an additional link to Case management at the point when users associate with a case and access the full case details. You can use this new link to access the PET and BCM forms. You can also use the Find your case link on the Common Platform home page to navigate to the PET and BCM forms, as before. Watch a short video showing how to use the new link.

Update: Were running a series of interactive webinars in October and November to support defence professionals in using the digital PET and BCM forms. These sessions will walk you through the steps required to access, view and edit the forms including logging into Common Platform, associating to a case and viewing the full case details. You can also any questions about using Common Platform and get tailored support from our Implementation team. Webinars take place at 8.30am or 5.30pm. Numbers are limited to make sure each session can focus on attendees requirements.
