Procedure rules and forms

The following sets of procedure rules only contain the rules and forms that have not been replaced by the Criminal Procedure Rules or the Family Procedure Rules:

• Magistrates Courts Rules 1981 (PDF, 361 KB, 27 pages)

All the procedure rules were made under section 144 of the Magistrates Courts Act 1980 and section 84 of the Senior Courts Act 1981.
