The report into MAIBs investigation of the collision between stern trawlers Good Intent and Silver Dee while under way in the Irish Sea on 29 July 2015, resulting in the sinking of Silver Dee is now published.
The report contains details of what happened and the subsequent actions taken:
A safety flyer for the fishing industry has also been produced summarising the accident and detailing the safety lessons learned.
