How can we help?
Our team will answer questions from providers about applications for criminal legal aid applications.You should continue to contact the National Courts Team if your question relates to questions about hardship or complex means assessments eg, defendants who are self-employed see below.
Change in response to feedback
Were making this change in response to feedback from providers. It makes it simpler to get in touch with us. In the past, providers have been asked to contact our teams in one of three offices Birmingham, Nottingham or Liverpool offices.
The change will allows us to manage calls more efficiently, which should improve our service.
