We are extending our civil claim fix service which is available to providers who feel we have made an incorrect decision to reject a claim.
The service covers claims in the following areas:
- certificated bills
- Family Advocacy Scheme
- legal help escape cases
Providers can now also ask our civil claim fix team to review a reject decision if there is a request for a document they believe has already been supplied.
